Photographer Retrospective 2020

2020 was a tough year no doubt with all the uncertainty of what the future will look like due to the corona virus. While the virus left us under some sort of stay at home requirements, our outdoor spaces saw an uptick in attendance. Outdoor spaces being the go-to for people to de-stress and reset to deal with this challenging year. While I tried not to go far and wide this year and follow my state restrictions, I did enjoy getting to some places that I’d never been before.

For 2021 I’m looking ahead and hoping for better times for the world. Hopefully the light is coming to the end of the tunnel and in so, I’m hoping to be able to travel again and make it to new places. Some photography goals for 2021 is that I want to get better with my editing process!

Each of these photos represent my 2020 and again each have their own story, starting with finding a waterfall that I didn’t know existed in the Laurel Highlands. To be able to visit the amazingly breathtaking Everglades National Park right before the pandemic hit and visiting some well known locations and coming away with better photos of places that I found to be challenging.

Please enjoy and have a safe, happy and healthy 2021.
