Pushing Through

Sometimes life throws you a curveball. You could say this past week was my curveball. I’ve foul-tipped it for now. Which is the good news. However, my situation has drastically hit my drive and creativity. I have to honestly say, losing my drive and creativity has never happened to me before. But with a little encouragement from my friends. I found myself out shooting sunset. I know that this is going to be an up-and-down roller-coaster while I get things stabilized again. The way I shoot, probably will change. Dark, dreary, I don’t know. What I do know is that I follow photoblogs of some wonderful photographers. Whom I know will inspire me to get out and keep creating. For that I am lucky. I also know that I will be spending the next 14 weeks with a photographer whom I admire very much. So I know inspiration will come from that. I will push through, and I will be a better photographer for it.
